Yoga For Snowboarding – How To Do Reversed Triangle Pose


Hi! I’m Emilien Badoux. Welcome to my yoga lessons designed to improve your snowboarding. Your body doesn’t face forward when you ride. The Inverted Triangle pose greatly increases your freedom of movement when rotating your hips and spine. Move your right foot backwards placing it at a 45° angle.
Keep both legs straight. Inhale. Stretch your arms out horizontally. Exhale.
Rotate your body 180°. Place your hand on the mat next to your foot. Keep your other arm pointed straight up and your eyes fixed on the ceiling. Maintain the pose for three full breaths. Inhale.
Lift your body up. Rotate back. Exhale.
Repeat on the opposite side.
