How To: Zottman Curl

What’s going on Nation? I’m going to demonstrate for you how to do a Zottman curl now for this exercise You’re gonna need two dumbbells, and what’s great about this exercise You’re going to work every single muscle in the bicep It’s going to work the inside it’s gonna work the outside you’re also going to work your brachioradialis the secondary muscle in your forearm so all you’re going to do is grab your dumbbells like this You’re going to stand up straight you’re going to plant your heels into the ground Keep your elbows in front of your hips maintain a neutral spine you’re going to bring the dumbbells up as you bring the dumbbells up you’re going to supinate so turn your hands so your palms face the ceiling Once you get in the up position. You’re going to pronate and Then come down just like this Control the motions come back up supinate out pronate in Come back down boom just like this get a pump just demonstrating this for you guys so Make sure you breathe out as you exert the force on the way up, and that is how you do a Zottman curl Hope you guys enjoyed this demonstration video and as always More good stuff coming soon.
