I’m gonna demonstrate for you and I do a TRX hamstring curl first thing you want to do is make sure your TRX is securely fastened and then hang it about 6 to 7 inches from the ground Once everything’s in place You’re going to lower your body safely to the ground and then depending on whichever way it works for you You can do one leg at a time you can lay down And pop your heels in like this, it’s a common way to do it slide yourself back Now once you’re in this position You’re going to keep your body straight as a plank keep a tight core and then focus on bringing your heels to your butt You can place your hand on the ground for support for balance or if you want to make it a little harder You can put your hands up here. Go behind your head So body straight is a plank core nice and tight Hands up bring your heels to your butt breathe out on the way in core nice, and tight Come up as high as you can one more, breathe out the way in Lower yourself down safely, and that’s how you do a TRX hamstring curl for more great information Please feel free to subscribe to my videos and as always more good stuff coming soon.
