How to Snow Ski : Snow Ski Run Legend

Ok so an important thing to remember before
you head up the chair lift is knowing exactly where you’re going and what chair lift access
which runs. As you can see here, this is a whole map of the entire ski hill along with
a legend. This legend lets you know which ski runs are intermediate, beginner and advanced.
As you can see here, a green dot usually represents a beginner skiing run and it moves on a blue
square. This is a more intermediate ski run, its going to be a little bit more advanced,
a little bit steeper, the terrain’s going to be a little bit more difficult to handle.
And then it?s going to go on to an advanced which is represented by a black diamond and
an expert run is represented by a double black diamond. If you’re a beginner, you’re really
going to want to try and stay away from the chair lifts that only access advanced ski
runs just because its going to make for a dangerous and just an uncomfortable skiing
experience for you and the main goal is to have fun and ski within your level and within
your ability.
