I’m gonna demonstrate for you how to do a dumbbell concentration curl, now for this exercise all you need is a bench and a dumbbell this exercise is really going to help hit the peak of the bicep All you’re going to do is you going to sit down just like this then grab your dumbbell you’re going to rest your elbow on the inside of your thigh as your elbows resting on the inside of the thigh you’re going to grab your dumbbells just like this palm facing forward get your chest up sit up straight And you’re going to bring the dumbbell up just like this curl it all the way up to your chest and then come back down make sure you’re careful when you come back down your elbow is locked in place you don’t want to hyperextend it by coming down too fast, you’re gonna breathe out in the way up Just like this breathe in on the way down controlled motion and just make sure when you finish your reps on one side You go to the other side as well just like this That’s how you do a dumbbell concentration curl hits the peak of the bicep, hope you guys enjoyed this video and as always more good stuff coming soon.
