Today we had the chance and pleasure to organise our annually wine making production which we’ve been doing every year for at least 15 years now. We were initiated by our grandfather and now on, alongside with my father and family we make every year our red wine which is offered to our customers throughout the summer time in our restraurant. This wine is made out of grapes from Peloponisos. Originated from Nemea, it’s a counterpart to the french Merlot of a greek production and so every year we make about 1800 liters which we offer to our customers in the hotel. It’s a big pleasure to us because on this wine party we’re having many customers every year, they book on purpose these spesific dates so they can join and participate in the wine production which is a really unique experience. This year our wine is rated at 13.5 alcohol degrees As a matter of fact this will help us making a good wine without adding anything extra. Nor conservatives. Nor sugar. Nor anything else that will alter it’s natural substance. The fermentation of the wine will last about 40 days until it’s ready for consuption. We’re hoping anyone how wishes, to come for a taste. Or even next year to participate in our wine production process.
