HONEST TRENDY TRESSES GODDESS CURLS REVIEW| LIA LAVON

Hey Youtube Family. It’s ya girl Lia back again with another video
and as you can see from the title today’s video is another crochet hair review video. You guys have been begging me to review a
hair from the Trendy Tresses line and you know it takes some time but your girl got
you. Now today’s hair is the trendy tresses goddess
curls in the color 1B/33 and it is 14 inches. Now if you’re not familiar with my videos
you need to become familiar. Smash that subscribe button. But I don’t just come on here and give you
oh I love it. Just installed it and hair is amazing. Oh no no no. I walk you through a process with the hairs
because the way you feel about a hair when you first install it is never how you feel
about it at the end. Maybe you love it more. Maybe you hate it more. I come on here with my first day thoughts
of a hair. Showing you it looks the first day. How long of an install was it. Was it an easy install? Overall what my first day thoughts of the
hair are. Then I come on here with my one week thoughts
of the hair. Showing you how it looks one week in. What my maintenance routine was with the hair
and has it gone south in that first week. And then I come on here with my final weeks
thoughts of the hair. Showing you how it looks at two weeks, three
weeks, however long I of a wear I could get out of the hair I show you that in my final
weeks thoughts. and I tell you how long I wore it. Or how long I think you can wear the hair. I tell you whether it’s water friendly, activewear
friendly and overall whether I recommend the hairs. Cause I wanna give you guys a well rounded
picture. So you can either save your money or spend
your money when you need to. So without rambling on too much longer. Let’s head on into my first day thoughts of
this goddess curls hair. So now I am back with my first day thoughts
on this hair. Now I just got done installing this hair. At literally been sitting here with my crochet
needle and all this pile of hair. I’ll get into that in a second. And installing this hair. So this is how it looks freshly done. I cut a little bit of it so it wouldn’t look
too weird but I haven’t done any laying to the hair. You’re seeing in it’s raw kinda form. This hair is 14 inches like it says on the
pack and I’d say it’s very true life on 14 inches. Let me do a 360 so you can kinda see what
this hair looks like. And this is how it looks first day. When I say Day 1 I mean literally 20 minutes
in. Now for the install of the hair let me go
into depth because I feel like it’s very important I tell you this and be very transparent with
you guys. This has probably been on of the hardest hairs
to install that I’ve ever installed in my entire. You guys saw my install video make sure you
check out my install video. I’ll leave that up above. Just so you can get an idea. I keep it real in that video with the install. It’s not an easy install. I’m going to show you right now how much hair
came when you install the hair. When I was pulling the hair apart it was hard. It was hard. I lost. I have all this hair right now. It was when I was pulling the hair apart it
just wasn’t cooperating and like I said if you watch my install video you’ll get 100%
what I mean. That is a whole heap of hair that could have
been in my head. That’s probably like one pack of hair that
could have been in my hair. I used 4 packs. I used the entirety of the 4 packs. When I was getting down to the wire on that
4th pack I really felt scared that I might not even have enough. On the back it tells you three to four packs
are needed. Don’t go with 3. Please believe me don’t go with 3. Four, five to be on the safe side. And this hair isn’t that cheap. This hair in US dollars because the site has
it in UK dollars but you have to put it in your current currency. Um it is about $13.46 a pack for this hair. So that’s a lot more expensive than the $4.99,
$5.99, $6.99 hairs that I’ve been trying. So for you to need 5 packs this is kind of
an investment crochet style. Now in terms of how it feels though. One of the softest hairs I’ve had. It feels almost like human hair. That’ a good thing. It’s a bad thing for slippage
because I did have to knot this hair about 4,5,6 times. It’s so soft that you’re going to have to
knot this hair several times. This isn’t a two knots and you’re done. You’re going to have to knot this hair a lot. And it’s what causes the install to be longer
because I’m knotting and I’m knotting and I’m knotting because the hair is so soft. I love the feel of it. But I wouldn’t be mad if this hair was a little
bit harder texture. I don’t hate harder texture crochet hair. If anything they stay better at the root. You don’t have to worry about pulling and
some hair coming out. I just am not the hugest fan of these super
super soft texture hairs. If you’re a big fan of so soft hairs then
you’re going to love this hair. Now I’m going to read the back of it because
it kinda give your some care instructions that I’m going to go by. I’m really going to go by the care instructions
when I actually go about maintaining this hair. Now it says amount of bundles needed for installation
3 to 4 depending on desired fullness. Now I have a very full look going on and I
really wanted a fuller look. So maybe, maybe you will be good with 3 packs. But child my head is small . I say that in
a lot of videos. I also have a smaller head. So every time I mention how many packs I used
in a lot of hairs it may be a little bit to you. Sometimes you might be like well I had to
use 6. Just keep in mind my head is a little bit
smaller. How to keep your tresses looking trendy. Number 1 Spritz your hair with water and apply
a thin coating of non-oil based conditioner. Two gently use a paddle brush or finger detangle
your hair from tip to root. GENTLY. It’s in big letters. Rough handling is more likely to frizz the
hair. Number 3. This is optional. Section your hair into four and loosely twist
before bed- this will help to preserve those lovely curls. Four wear a satin or silk scarf/bonnet to
bed. Five remember to wear a shower cap before
you shower. Important tips the less you tamper
with the hair the longer it will last. These are all tips that
the Trendy Tresses pack says to do. So I’m going to
try
