  1. neck burn after an hour, I had it lately and the only stuff that actually removed anykind of burn was a Neck protector by Mugiro 🙂
dunno how it goes after more than 4 hours though :p

  2. I don't think his tong is calling off I think it's more of like when you get sunburn and it's just shedding

  3. He really exfoliated his neck too much from swimming through the waves and salt
    Just look at it
He over-exfoliated much of his body skin in general
The swim really took a toll on himself
He makes history as the 1st to swim around Great Britain at 2,000

  4. Have you been inspired by the Great British Swim and want to feature in an episode? We want to hear from you!

  5. Im a 44yr old from Australia, and I've been reading your book The Worlds Fittest Book and you come across the same way you do in your book. Enthusiastic, humble, determined, and goodness running through you and a very fit person. You motivate me bro to do things, so I Will be doing most of the workouts in the book and hopefully I'll be a 3rd of the man you are when im done, I'll be happy. Thanks for putting your self out there, take care brother

  6. Has he not thought of finding someone that tries to make a wetsuit that completely envelops the body? With like built-in goggles and like a filter over mouth and nose that allows for breathing but won't let water through. It can't be that hard to produce something like that, chaving might be even more off an issue in a wetsuit like that though. I hope he looks into that before setting off on another crazy swim like this, that amount of salt water is damaging to nearly all your organs….

  7. 7:17 – slightly embarrassing for the support boat guy. Claims his boat's broken down so Mat/Max (?) jumps on board, and with a ferocious tug gets the engine started again. You can almost hear him muttering under his breath, "stupid boy".
